I made cauliflower kofta balls for dinner and they...

half a head of cauliflower
garlic
spice: I used 2 tsp garam masala, cumin, chilli, fenugreek, whatever.
2 tbsp conflour (or whatever flour, mine were gluten free)
oil for frying
1. Steam the veges, mash em up with the spices + garlic + flour.
2. Form little balls, fry em. Add to a curry and serve with rice.

My thoughts on social decorum and vomiting.
This morning I was awoken by a sudden sick feeling in my stomach; my mouth started juicing and my cheeks filled with saliva. I’ve had a sewing project waiting for about a year because I didn’t feel competent enough, and I just decided to tackle it now while I’m sick & dizzy & dumb.
& I fucked it up, obviously, wasting $35 of materials, which is a lot to me.
